ESOS and Your Obligations: Is Your Workplace Compliant?

These workshops address the information needs of staff in international education who will be implementing changes in the new National Code 2018.

The Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) legislation and its accompanying National Code 2018 is of central importance when providing services to international students in Australia.

How do you know if your work unit is complying with ESOS obligations in practice?

Under ESOS there are often issues for particular workroles–such as admissions, those working with education agents, student support, academic staff and administrators.

Our workshops through 2018-2019 addressed the information needs of newcomers to international education and issues for experienced staff who implement the National Code 2018. They were ideal for sharing best practice and gathering ideas for improved policy and processes. The workshops were ideal professional development for compliance managers.
